On Tuesday 13th March, Chakras in Colour is running a practical and interactive workshop giving you the opportunity to understand what Colour Therapy is, the treatments available and the overwhelming benefits it can achieve. You will have the chance to learn and experience Colour Meditation and heighten your awareness of the energy of colour and harness its healing powers (please avoid wearing bright coloured clothes/jewellery). During these cold, dark Winter months...do you suffer from S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder) also known as Winter Depression?
